How to register

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Gyro Pay credit cards and even checks.  Our site uses PayPal as our credit card processor; however, you do not need to sign up with PayPal to use our system.  Your OLSC Charter Membership will be activated automatically once PayPal notifies our system that your invoice is paid.  This is usually less than fifteen minutes for a credit card.   If you use a check rather than a credit card or existing PayPal funds, it may take three to five business days.  (Normal check clearing procedure)  Your membership is activated on the day your funds are cleared to us by PayPal.

Discounts and referrals

Discounts and referrals are entered into our system manually by our accounting department.  If another member referred you to our site, enter his user ID or email address in the referral field on the registration page.  We will credit that member with a free months subscription.   Coupons from our advertisers and sponsors can be entered in the coupon code field.

 Registration issues

Incomplete registration

If for some reason you did not finish your registration, our system remembers you.  Using the name and password you chose, you can simply log in to the site and use the provided link finish registration. 

If the site can't find your account, you must then register from the beginning. 

We don't allow multiple accounts with the same email addresses.  If you get a warning that your email address is in use an you can't log in, Contact Us , and we will work with you to re-register.  Please provide the email address you used when registering.

 

I forgot my password

Forgotten password can be replaced by entering you user name and email address.  A new password will be mailed to you automatically.  You can change this password after you log in by doing the following:

1. Log in to the site with your user ID and the password that we emails to you.
2. Select "Your Profile" from the Member Menu
3. Place your mouse over the silver Edit icon and click on the words "Update Your Profile"
4. Select the "Contact Info" tab and fill in your new password.
5. Press the Update button
   

 

Security software and AOL

We have recently been experiencing difficulties with the AOL browser and third party security software when connecting to our credit card processor.  We recommend using your Internet Explorer, Netscape, or Firefox browser to register. 

1. Minimize AOL.
2. Launch Internet Explorer 6.0 (or newer), Netscape 7 (or newer). Firefox 2(or newer)
3. Attempt to register by pasting the following link into the address bar of the browser you opened in step2:

   - or -
   If you already completed the name and address form use you IE/Netscape/Firefox browser (step2) to log in to onlineshoipclass.com web site and follow the instructions to finish the registration proceedure.
